Add ua-parser-js fix references

Adds ua-parser-js fix references to GHSA-9h5v-pfqq-x599.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.
• Rechecked the merge-base diff: exactly one advisory JSON file changes (advisories/github-reviewed/2026/06/GHSA-9h5v-pfqq-x599/GHSA-9h5v-pfqq-x599.json), JSON parses, git diff --check passes, and the exact-head worktree is clean.

Maintainer audit: this only expands the reference set for the ua-parser-js advisory. Commit 90354d3458495628b1d3ba68a9d76673e6d14fc5 resolves, release tag 2.0.10 resolves, and the npm record for ua-parser-js 2.0.10 resolves. The advisory JSON parses, the committed diff passes git diff --check, the PR is merge-clean, and advisory processing is successful. No package, affected range, severity, or database metadata is changed.
