Add aiohttp pipelined request queue references

Adds aiohttp pipelined request queue references to GHSA-4fvr-rgm6-gqmc.

Maintainer audit: this only expands the reference set for the aiohttp pipelined request queue advisory. aio-libs/aiohttp#12854 is merged, commit dfdfa9d5aad5d21f91c79fb2ceeba0f8046cb6cf resolves, release tag v3.14.1 resolves, and aiohttp 3.14.1 is available on PyPI and not yanked. The advisory JSON parses, the committed diff passes git diff --check, the PR is merge-clean, and advisory processing is successful. No package, affected range, severity, or database metadata is changed.
