Add aiohttp payload close fix references

Adds aiohttp payload close fix references to GHSA-9x8q-7h8h-wcw9.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.

Maintainer audit: this only expands the reference set for the aiohttp payload close advisory. aio-libs/aiohttp#12843 is merged, commit a762eda5242f6490d6ba667533193f8b473ad587 resolves, release tag v3.14.1 resolves, and aiohttp 3.14.1 is available on PyPI and not yanked. The advisory JSON parses, the committed diff passes git diff --check, the PR is merge-clean, and advisory processing is successful. No package, affected range, severity, or database metadata is changed.
