Add flat-to-nested fixed package references

Adds flat-to-nested fixed package references to GHSA-hp36-v28f-w3r4.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.
• Rechecked the merge-base diff: exactly one advisory JSON file changes (advisories/github-reviewed/2026/06/GHSA-hp36-v28f-w3r4/GHSA-hp36-v28f-w3r4.json), JSON parses, git diff --check passes, and the exact-head worktree is clean.

Maintainer audit: this only expands the reference set for the flat-to-nested advisory. Commit 680a5ebe1194edda16fa93baaa56ff14fe0e3d7f resolves, source tag v1.1.2 resolves, and npm version flat-to-nested 1.1.2 resolves. The advisory JSON parses, the committed diff passes git diff --check, the PR is merge-clean, and advisory processing is successful. No package, affected range, severity, or database metadata is changed.
