Add Astro fix references

Adds Astro fix references to GHSA-2pvr-wf23-7pc7.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.
• Rechecked the merge-base diff: exactly one advisory JSON file changes (advisories/github-reviewed/2026/06/GHSA-2pvr-wf23-7pc7/GHSA-2pvr-wf23-7pc7.json), JSON parses, git diff --check passes, and the exact-head worktree is clean.

Review note: this expands the Astro advisory with a fix commit, fixed release, and npm package-version reference, plus EOF newline normalization. Affected ranges, severity, and advisory metadata fields are unchanged. Commit ffda27b7c8697d4b7ed530e93385a420e1fc4acd resolves to the allowedDomains origin validation fix, the astro@6.4.6 release URL returns 200, and npm confirms astro@6.4.6. The advisory JSON validates against the OSV schema.
