Adds ChatterBot symlink fix references to GHSA-wvrh-2f4m-924v.

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.

Review note: this expands the ChatterBot advisory with pull request, fix commit, fixed release, and PyPI package-version references, plus EOF newline normalization. Affected ranges, severity, and advisory metadata fields are unchanged. Pull request gunthercox/ChatterBot#2445 is merged, commit 82817b5c28bfd43e682b991bcc76e6f780726dbf resolves to the symlink guard fix, the 1.2.14 release URL returns 200, and PyPI confirms ChatterBot==1.2.14. The advisory JSON validates against the OSV schema.
