Add py7zr PackInfo fix references

Adds py7zr PackInfo fix references to GHSA-h4gh-22qq-72r7.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.
• Rechecked the merge-base diff: exactly one advisory JSON file changes (advisories/github-reviewed/2026/06/GHSA-h4gh-22qq-72r7/GHSA-h4gh-22qq-72r7.json), JSON parses, git diff --check passes, and the exact-head worktree is clean.

Review note: this expands the py7zr advisory with a PackInfo fix commit and PyPI package-version reference, plus EOF newline normalization. Affected ranges, severity, and advisory metadata fields are unchanged. Commit d7aa3a197d15c75a65b24f796d3a69f83806d3f8 resolves to the stream validation/packpositions fix, the existing v1.1.3 release URL returns 200, and PyPI confirms py7zr==1.1.3. The advisory JSON validates against the OSV schema.
