Adds hermes-agent prompt fixed references to GHSA-pgp4-xr4j-h5cg.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.

Review note: this expands GHSA-pgp4-xr4j-h5cg with hermes-agent v2026.5.28 source tag and PyPI 0.15.0 package evidence while retaining the existing upstream fix and report references. I checked the PR head JSON against the OSV schema, confirmed commit 0dee92df22bdc0cfbcad90ca954aa14916f018de resolves to the shared prompt-pattern hardening change, confirmed the source tag URL resolves, and confirmed PyPI has hermes-agent==0.15.0; the affected PyPI range, CVSS scores, alias, and package metadata stay unchanged.
