Editing an existing topic or collection

I'm suggesting these edits to an existing topic or collection:

  • Image (and my file is *.png, square, dimensions 288x288, size <= 75 kB)
  • Content (and my changes are in index.md)

Contrary to what was said in #2556, the blue hexagon C logo is not the official one, but an edit made over the Standard C++ Foundation logo to remove the "++". Modified versions of that logo are not normally approved by the foundation.

The logo depicted in The C Programming Language cover (which this PR aims to apply) is actually used and standardized in the recently officialized C website. The document in the FAQ even recommends against using the edited C++ logo.
