Wireless communication
Several Wireless communication modules were foreseen. The Wifi is supported by ESP32 Hub module. External modules can be connected to extend wireless connectivity:
To enable Internet access in the location where cable-TV, fibre or DSL is not available, Quad-band GPRS module was developed. It supports mini-SIM card and external antenna with MMCX connector. It should be plugged between the ESP32 Hub and Ethernet module if such operation is needed.
LoRa connectivity is foreseen in the development plan. I purchased several LoRa modules to evaluate them and select optimal chipset.
