This was what I had to change to help load the firmware onto the lab boards. In addition have to remove left u sensor for loading firmware

Everything mostly seems good except i'd get rid of the commented out code. Also not exactly sure what the purpose of test_motor_gpio is, or if you were just using that for testing while working on the PWM |

PWM configuration files. Able to move the car with the sample motion test code.
