Adds coverage for CFXMLNode: creating text, comment, element and processing-instruction nodes and reading back their string, version and info pointer, the element attributes, attribute order and isEmpty flag, and the processing-instruction data string, including that an element copies its attributes dictionary and equals its copy.
Verified against Apple CoreFoundation.
