I'm linking to API-only jars.
The latest.zip contains much more.
Maybe I should link to oss snapshot repo instead?

A I wrote on discord already, I suggest using github pages and github action https://github.com/peaceiris/actions-gh-pages for publishing javadocs |
Also done: - Misc improvements - Remove duplicated unfinished documentation in api directory.
