Corrected a typo in the mlflow_args function by removing an extra double-quote at the end of the function. Iformatted the code according to PEP8 standards for better readability. Added docstrings to functions to describe their purpose. Removed unnecessary imports to improve clarity. Added missing type hints for function arguments and return types where applicable.
