Revert the code added in https://github.com/googleapis/java-vertex-feature-store/pull/33/files.
The temporary fix was added because of b/454422092 - enableDirectBigtableAccess and bigtableMetadata fields had wrong field number in the third_party proto file. Fields number issue was fixed in the proto file so we don't need the temporary fix anymore.
