- convert release-metadata.ts output to JSON
- allow release-metadata to scroll back to release commit body for changelog
- move jq parsing of commit body into release-metadata.ts
- split github release and npm publish into separate steps for more granular permissions
- publish with explicit dist-tag
- remove dry-run!
