Download a program that will help you create a bootable flash drive.

-Media Creation Tool

-Rufus

-UltraISO

Plug in the flash drive

Run the program and select the flash drive in the program.

Generate the file

Add the generated file to the root of the flash drive.

Reboot

Enter bios or boot mode Boot from the flash drive

Start installing the OS
