Cool Cat Juke is the venue-owned jukebox platform built for restaurants, bars, and clubs that want more control and more profit. Unlike commercial entertainment networks, you are not locked into revenue-sharing models — you own the jukebox, keep the revenue, and run it your way.

On-site-only access helps prevent trolling, while mobile + desktop admin tools make it easy to manage.

How it works

• Runs on an on-site server (venue can supply hardware; Cool Cat provides recommended specs and optional setup packages)
• Guests connect on-premise and queue songs from their phones
• Admins manage pricing, rules, and branding
• Optional licensed streaming catalog subscription available through Cool Cat Juke (internet required)

Venues can also upload their own tracks. Venue-uploaded playback can continue offline on the local server (LAN), while catalog streaming requires internet.

Setup services (optional)

Venues can supply their own server hardware. Cool Cat Juke provides recommended specs and optional setup packages, including:

• Base install: single-server install, SSL/nginx, basic audio setup
• Advanced: advanced audio tuning, branding setup, admin handoff
• Complex: multi-zone routing, firewall review, and migration support

Music licensing

Cool Cat Juke supports two paths:

• Venue uploads: venues may upload their own music and are responsible for obtaining any required public performance licenses (e.g., ASCAP/BMI/SESAC/GMR, as applicable) and ensuring uploaded files are legally acquired and authorized for commercial use.
• Optional catalog subscription: Cool Cat Juke can resell a licensed streaming catalog subscription for business use (internet required). Terms and availability depend on the catalog offering and venue type.
