npm run gento regenerate.claude-plugin/marketplace.json, thennpm test
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json is generated from the plugin manifests, so a version bump only ever touches plugins/<name>/.claude-plugin/plugin.json. CI regenerates and commits it on pushes to main; npm test catches a stale one everywhere else.
