Sub-bugHCK-14758 [Delta Script][SGO]: Generation of script fails

Content

  • Fix generation of script.
  • Fix the issue when table comments were skipped when "in separate statement" is selected.

Technical details

In some cases, clusteringKey, timeUnitPartitionKey, and rangePartitionKey can be false. I added a guard here to ensure the correct conversion.
