Adds a Hashgraph Online Standards & AI Agent Infrastructure section
covering HCS-1 through HCS-20 standards, SDKs, and two tested
quick-start code examples (HCS-10 agent registration + LangChain
integration). HOL is one of the most active open-source consortiums
on Hedera but was missing from this list entirely.
