Release bump only. npm latest is 0.2.91 (published 2026-07-24) and lacks two merged fixes:

Superseded by #58, which merged the identical version bump + regenerated bundles (plus CHANGELOG) at 2026-07-30T13:08Z while this PR was in review; adversarial re-review measured this branch as byte-identical to main for package.json/bin/dist (empty three-way diff). npm now serves 0.2.92.
