This PR adds support for multiple URI-scheme prefixes (registry://, reg://, oci:// for registries and directory://, dir:// for directories) when users call hauler store copy and hauler store serve. Previously only registry:// and dir:// were accepted.

Changes:

• Expanded the CopyCmd switch cases to accept "directory", "reg", and "oci" as aliases alongside the existing "dir" and "registry" prefixes.
• Modified ServeRegistryCmd and ServeFilesCmd to loop over all prefix aliases when calling CopyCmd, which introduces a bug (data is copied multiple times).
