1. Overview

This branch refreshes the documented development-environment versions across every stack's README and the JavaScript/TypeScript package.json metadata to match the latest local toolchain.
No application code, dependencies, or behaviour change — the edits are limited to the environment-info entries recording pnpm, the Gemfile/Bundler, and Docker versions.

The bumps keep the javascript/, typescript/, mysql/, and ruby-on-rails/ docs consistent with the current WSL setup so contributors reproduce the environment accurately.
