Add config files for ACE

Not yet fixed in upstream so temporarily adding this to our project.

This config change is not yet implemented in upstream so temporarily adding this to our project. In addition, in case we want to deviate from FBW instrument dimension, a separate config needs to be added either way.

ACE project file cannot use relative path so a new one need to be setup in your own setup.

• Project root path: aircraft project root containing .ace folder.
• Instrument path: {project_root}\build-{aircraft_code}\src\systems\instruments\src
• Bundle path: {project_root}\build-{aircraft code}\bundles
• HTML_UI path: {project_root}\build-{aircraft_code}\out\{package_folder}\html_ui
