CEO at VertisPro. I build AI systems for clinical trial patient recruitment and healthcare interoperability.
Most of my work lives in private repositories. Client contracts in pharma and healthcare require it. The contribution graph reflects the actual activity.
- AI-driven patient recruitment systems for clinical trials across pharma, biotech, medical devices, and RWE
- 132 proprietary Curiosity Indexes tracking real-time patient research behavior across 30+ countries, built on 137,000+ patient community conversations
- Agentic pipelines with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for healthcare data workflows
- FHIR R4 and HL7 integrations across Singapore's national health IT infrastructure
- Vector search systems for patient-to-trial matching and referral network analysis
- On-device and local AI inference for privacy-sensitive clinical environments
Built the Ephemeral biosensor platform end-to-end: PCB schematic in KiCad, C/C++ firmware for sensor acquisition and data transmission, cloud ingestion pipeline, and AI-assistive diagnostic layer. ISO 13485 QMS, IEC 62304, FDA Class 2A, HSA, CE, and TGA pre-submission experience. Can put AI into a regulated medical device.
Seven years inside Singapore's national health IT agency (MOHH/IHiS, now Synapxe). Led the national laboratory surveillance network, predictive analytics on the National Electronic Health Record, and the national HealthTech innovation fund.
Certified HL7 2.5 Control Specialist. Published DICOM researcher (SIIM 2008, 2009). Established the first healthcare interoperability lab in APAC.
