Implement a full interactive CLI experience for `hpm init` similar to npm init: - Add @stdlib/io import for read_line stdin support - Add prompt() helper for prompting with default values - Add prompt_confirm() helper for yes/no confirmation - Interactive prompts for: package name, version, description, entry point, author, license - Input validation for package name (owner/repo format) and version (semver) - Preview of package.json before writing with confirmation - Maintains backwards compatibility with --yes/-y flag for non-interactive use
