APSAL 0.16 creative project library and sharing

Summary

• add the local-first APSAL creative project library, multi-reference root projects, immutable forks, lineage comparison, search, tags, favorites, archive, import/export, and explicit 0.15 copy migration
• add resumable Codex reference analysis with strict five-layer/thirteen-element schemas, automatic Prompt/QA/Skill construction, and content-addressed output indexing
• add public/private project packages with checksums and a static showcase while excluding private references, absolute paths, tokens, and nested private artifacts from public exports
• add digest-bound X/Xiaohongshu sharing previews and confirmations; X uses official media/post endpoints when a Keychain OAuth token exists and otherwise exports media/copy for official composer handoff
• upgrade APSAL Open to 0.4.0, Engine/Project Protocol/plugin to 0.16.0, Studio to 0.3.0, and add the 0.1 creative-library/analysis/share schemas
• document the pinned MOSA source commit and retain its MIT notice without importing Cowart, its standalone service, or historical generated-image scanning

Safety boundaries

• reference rights are explicit per image; identity continuity additionally requires portrait and identity authorization
• the Engine never calls external vision or generation providers during analysis
• child creation preserves the parent bytes and revision
• public sharing and every social platform require a final human confirmation bound to the exact content digest
• Xiaohongshu composer handoff is never reported as published
• secrets remain in macOS Keychain and are excluded from project files, logs, packages, and Git
