Surface the judgment behind the project (the senior signal): why the multi-stage pipeline is ordered cheapest-correct-first; reliability/safety designed in (exam-safe disable, protected-term invariants, CI drift watchers, idempotent SPA-safe content scripts); and the deliberate non-goals (no servers, no default telemetry, no A/B, no paid tier) with a link to POSITIONING.md. Also fix Tech Stack '10 -> 11' premium languages.
