I try to install this software by the follow steps:
git clone https://github.com/hillerlab/GenomeAlignmentTools.git
cd GenomeAlignmentTools/kent/src
make
I meet some errors like this:

Hmm, not sure what the problem is as we don't get this compile error. There is likely another kent src installed in the system?

As a workaround, can you try to use https://github.com/hillerlab/make_lastz_chains which integrates these tools all in a pipeline?
