Change description
Filename should be following the format JUROR_DDMmmYYnnnnnnnnnn e.g. JUROR_03Mar260000005432.dat
The account name field should strip out any single quotes entered by the user
(for filename update, the latest entry in content store for payment will need to be updated to match the format if one exists)
