• Make recordings visible or invisible by exception
• WIP: needs tests
• Have not yet written code to make recording invisible when it's supposed to be
• Usage: to override when a recording is otherwise hidden by a feature flag e.g. the re-encoded flag
• Extension: should probably add a filter so that the recording is only visible to a specified list of user IDs
