Instant Clue is a software suite that was developed to accelerate visualisation and analysis of complex data set. In particular it was developed with the 'omics' sciences (transcriptomics, proteomics, ..) in mind and facilitates easy plotting of standard graphs. We have intensively worked on accelerating data exploration by introducing two novel widgets: QuickSelect and LiveGraph. Please use the sidebar on the right side to navigate through the Wiki.

In 2018 the first version of InstantClue has been published and was widely used (original publication). Therefore we decided to further extend the workflow by several tools/widgets and face-lifted the graphical user interface. A publication describing this major updates is pending. Any acknowledgement in your publication of our software is highly appreciated.
