Auto-resume the Claude Code session that was running in a terminal block when Wave shut down: agenttracker derives a per-block resume candidate from hook events, the block controller injects it as WAVETERM_CLAUDE_RESUME via the swap token, and the zsh/bash shell integration runs claude --resume on the fresh shell. Stacks on #8.
