…I support TestE2E_Binary depends only on PublishBinaries and runs on all platforms. TestE2E_Container depends on PublishContainer and is skipped on win_x64. TestE2E is kept as a passthrough target for backward compatibility. Also fix a pre-existing test isolation bug in InitThenLintTest where unittest.spec.yaml was not cleaned up between runs, causing failures on re-runs.
