Add Basic Github Actions Checks and Reformat Code

• Reformat code using styler
• Add actions to check formatting and run unit tests
• Remove problematic cpp artefact
• Remove unused methods
• Rename files for their functions using snake_case
• Replace dots with underscores in variable names
