ARFollowAPI

ARFollowAPI houses the backend end implementation for ARFollow. ARFollow is a system for managing and playing interactive educational games which makes use of certain affordances of augmented reality, based on treasure hunt game rules. It is a system accessible via iPhone or iPad running on iOS 11 or newer, powered by A9 processor or newer, GPS-enabled, and connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi or Cellular Data. It was developed using Xcode with the support of some native frameworks, such as ARKit and SceneKit, and select third-party SDKs like Google Maps SDK and Google Places API. ARFollow connects to a RESTful API built using Vapor having MySQL as its database management system (DBMS). Moreover, the developer utilized Swift as the main programming language for the development of ARFollow.
