The docs are all over the place right now, with duplicate content and a split between
docs/guides/anddocs/commands. This update brings everything together underdocs/guidesand attempts to flesh things out a little bit where the docs are sparse. It is by no means making the docs perfect, but hopefully they are considered by most to be much better now.
