R1- Deve existir um controlador REST de usuários para as operações básicas de CRUD
R2- A senha do usuário deverá ser armazenado cifrada (ex.: Bcrypt)
R3 - Deve existir um controlador REST de Autenticação com um método de login que deverá receber as credenciais do usuário e retornar um token
R4 - Deve existir uma forma de configurar um login e senha de administrador através do arquivo de propriedades. Neste caso, mesmo que não exista nenhum usuário no banco, será possível se autenticar com essas credenciais padrões.
