What does this PR do?

Prepares the v0.8.5 documentation and project-identity release.

  • Adds a new project banner with an editable SVG source and synchronized PNG.
  • Simplifies and reorganizes the README around pool selection, quick start, lifecycle, and error handling.
  • Adds a concise API cheat sheet for common operations and safety rules.
  • Adds v0.8.5 release notes.
  • Updates the changelog and Lazarus package metadata to 0.8.5.
  • Adds a few purposeful emoji callouts while keeping headings clean.

This release does not change runtime behavior or the public API.
