Prepare Python 2.0.4, Swift 2.0.3, and Rust 2.0.5 releases

What changed

• prepares illusion-markdown 2.0.4 with Python 3.10–3.14 metadata, branch-coverage enforcement, wheel/sdist package smoke tests, and release-time HTML/EPUB/DOCX consumers
• exposes all six Rust-owned text formats, including note, through Swift and adds JS-parity adversarial, archive, and external-consumer tests
• raises Swift line coverage to 95% and hardens the two-phase XCFramework prepare/publish workflow
• bumps mdi-core to 2.0.5 and updates dependent locks
• keeps the checked-in Swift binary target on published 2.0.2 until the prepare workflow creates the 2.0.3 checksum manifest PR

Local validation

• Rust: 74/74; fmt and clippy clean; lines 97.14%, regions 95.64%; cargo package and cargo publish --dry-run passed
• Python: 25/25; statement and branch coverage 100%; 2.0.4 wheel and sdist installed in clean Python 3.12/3.14 environments
• Node: typecheck/build passed; CLI 33/33; MDI API 32/32; package coverage gates and npm tarball consumer passed
• Swift: current core linked through a local universal XCFramework; all public formats and six text conventions passed
• Publication contracts: 65 DOCX + 9 specified rejections, 74 PDF, 7 EPUB, 3 HTML; Open XML SDK, LibreOffice, PDF.js, EPUBCheck 5.3.0, and Nu passed
• workflows: actionlint; scripts: bash syntax and ShellCheck; docs: 347 pages built
