I've tested add-on on all Firefox versions from 19 to 56. Now it works with Firefox 38 and later. Also it works with Palemoon 26-28.

Now add-on works with Firefox 38-56 and Palemoon 26-28!
Code syntax was checked with ES6 Syntax checker, removed deprecated Proxy api, defineGetter and other errors and warnings. Implemented iumo's let/const and Firefox cache v2 fixes.
