Add a model choice in CPSAM too, because new models just got available: https://cellpose.readthedocs.io/en/latest/models.html#built-in-models
The "Dino" models don't work, I think because images should be RGB with DINO. We will have to see if we add the option to have RGB images, that could then be processed with DINOs.
