Adds the ability to create
"texture-array"cube layers. Since this was the only layer type that lacked thetextureTypeinit attribute previously, this change movestextureTypetoXRLayerInitfor simplicity.One design decision I made here that wasn't discussed is how to handle stereo cube layers when using texture arrays. My approach is to have the left eye be layers 0-5 and the right eye be layers 6-11. Happy to take feedback on that!
