This one is massive.. this removes xlsx for the code plugs and moves to zipped json which greatly speeds up the whole app to be honest due to removing a large dependency and allowing us to store basically what we are working in (json).
Codeplugs are .neonplug files which are just zipped json.. 200ch codeplug is like 8kb or so.. nice and small!
