- Added demo configuration directory to .gitignore to prevent pollution of the git tree. - Updated `requirements-dev.txt` to specify compatible versions for `black`, `pip`, `pytest`, `setuptools`, `tox`, and `twine`. - Updated `requirements.txt` to reflect new version constraints for `pillow`, `rdp2`, `opentelemetry-api`, and `opentelemetry-sdk`.
