Description of Changes
Logs the kernel handle in a few more places, for consistency. This is helpful to find all of the places where a kernel handle is used in a log without necessarily searching for the kernel name.
Testing Done
Tested with an an application that calls clGetKernelInfo. Observed that the kernel handle was not logged previously, but was logged after these changes.
