Description:
Adding a new bot that scrapes publishers' websites and adds the data to open library. This pr currently only contains one scraper but if it gets approved I'll follow up with few other new ones.
The bot was created to add Georgian books to the openlibrary (there are currently none), but can be used for other publishing houses too.
These changes will be made using OpenGeoLibBot (that still needs to have API access granted).
Thanks!
