Fix update of shared transitive dependencies

Description

• Fixes ModuleDependencies and Version #430
• Related to Update should check version requirements using post-update values instead of what's currently installed #1120 but extends to nested and transitive dependencies
• Essentially considers all modules being updated in a single command to avoid lock-step version updates being blocked by a module that would be updated anyway

Testing

New integration tests TestSharedTransitiveDependencyUpdate and TestOffsetDiamondUpdate in Test.PM.Integration.Update that test two different situations: a simple diamond and an offset diamond.
