Local publish now uses tag-based SNAPSHOT version (e.g. 0.4.0-SNAPSHOT) instead of full dynver timestamp, so consumers don't need to update deps on every publish. Use --mode=local:full-version for the old behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
